Weekday Warehouse Associate (Monday-Friday)
Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations at our La Vergne, TN location.

As a warehouse team member, you will support the daily flow of rental equipment through the warehouse. Because Rentex is a rental company, equipment is constantly moving out to customers and returning to inventory. This is an entry-level role where work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important than prior experience. Team members who demonstrate strong performance and a growth mindset will have opportunities for advancement.
What You Will Do

Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Scan Rentex equipment in and out of the rental system for orders and returns

Check for missing equipment and report findings

Count cables and miscellaneous items accurately

Return equipment to proper shelf locations

Pull and prepare orders with strong attention to detail

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Follow all Rentex safety and warehouse procedures

Assist other warehouse departments as needed

Perform other duties as assigned
Attributes & Abilities

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and climb stairs. Employees must occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.

Position Type & Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hourly position. Schedules may vary based on business needs and may include nights and weekends.
