Don Gaskill serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Rentex, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Don joined Rentex in March 1997 as Vice President and has been instrumental in building the company’s reputation for reliability and exceptional customer service. In 2018, he was promoted to President and COO, where he continues to lead operational excellence across all Rentex locations.

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Bryant University, graduating in 1996.

Jeff Shimelman serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at Rentex, where he oversees national sales strategy, client partnerships, and business development. With nearly three decades at Rentex, Jeff has played an important role in building the company’s reputation as a trusted partner for AV production companies, in-house AV teams, and event professionals.

Jeff joined Rentex in July 1996 as an Inside Sales Representative. Over the years, he advanced through several roles, including Account Representative and additional sales leadership positions, before being promoted to Vice President of Sales and later Senior Vice President of Sales. His long-standing commitment to customer relationships and strategic growth has helped strengthen Rentex’s position in the AV rental industry.

Marcus DeLuco brings an unconventional career journey to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Rentex, blending technical precision with creative problem-solving. He began his career building championship-winning engines at the #1 Ducati dealership in the U.S. during the launch of the legendary 916, where he honed a dedication to performance and innovation.

His passion for technology extended into the world of live entertainment, where he became a respected expert in projector maintenance for cinemas and major live events. Along the way, he earned a degree in electronics, building a foundation that unites mechanical expertise, production experience, and forward-thinking technology leadership.

Today, Marcus leverages this diverse background to lead Rentex’s technology initiatives, ensuring customers have the reliable tools and systems they need to deliver exceptional events and experiences.

Steve Schenewerk serves as Division Vice President of National Operations at Rentex, where he oversees operational strategies, logistics, and product allocation across all Rentex locations. With more than two decades of experience in the audio visual industry, Steve brings a deep understanding of sub-rental markets, inventory management, and event support logistics.

Steve began his AV career in 2003, specializing in the sub-rental market and developing an extensive network of industry contacts while honing his expertise in product knowledge and allocation. In 2007, he became General Manager of Rentex’s Las Vegas office, supporting operations across multiple U.S. locations. In 2016, he advanced to Division Vice President of National Operations, where he continues to drive efficiency and operational excellence nationwide.

Kenneth Chiocchi serves as Vice President of Sales at Rentex, where he leads the company’s sales strategy, client relationships, and business development initiatives. With a strong focus on partnership and customer experience, Kenneth ensures Rentex continues to be a trusted AV rental resource for production companies, in-house AV teams, and event professionals.

Kenneth joined Rentex in 2018 as Business Development Manager for the Northeast, quickly moving into operational leadership roles, including Regional Vice President of Operations for the East Coast, before being named Vice President of Sales in 2021. Prior to Rentex, he spent nearly two decades with PSAV (now Encore), where he advanced through multiple leadership positions in operations and business development, as well as Corporate Audio Visual Services.

Damon Geary serves as Vice President of Operations at Rentex, where he oversees nationwide warehouse operations, logistics, and customer support functions. His leadership ensures that Rentex consistently delivers on its promise of reliable equipment and exceptional service for clients across the U.S.

Damon joined Rentex in 2018, initially serving as General Manager and later Regional Vice President of Operations for the Western Region before taking on his current role in 2021. Prior to Rentex, Damon spent over 15 years with VER, where he advanced from Operations Manager to Director of Branch Operations, gaining deep expertise in AV logistics and production support.

Outside of work, Damon contributes to his community as Medical and Weather Coordinator and Chief Course Marshall for the National Interscholastic Cycling Association’s Southern Nevada Spring League. He also previously served with Red Rock Search and Rescue.

Wendi Sabo serves as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Rentex, where she leads the company’s marketing strategy, brand development, and corporate communications initiatives.

Wendi brings extensive experience in marketing leadership, having held senior roles in the event production and software industries. Before joining Rentex, she led brand marketing at The Freeman Company, where she spent more than a decade shaping high-impact marketing campaigns for live events. She also directed marketing and communications for companies in technology and event solutions, gaining expertise in digital strategy, customer engagement, and brand storytelling.

In addition to her professional achievements, Wendi serves on the Board of Trustees for Speedway Children’s Charities, reflecting her passion for community engagement and philanthropic initiatives.
