Overview

An update to the smashing success of the MD-HX, the 12G-Cross adds 12G SDI and 4k HDMI capabilities, as well as a Sync/Genlock port to tie Decimators into the same timing synchronization as the switcher. As with the predecessor, you can input SDI and HDMI, and output to SDI (x4) and HDMI with access to a down/up/cross scaler (now with sync!) for an effective on-site toolbox. Operational examples: 12G to HDMI (normal or scaled) HDMI to 12G (normal or scaled) SDI to 4x SDI (plus upscale or downscale) HDMI to HDMI (upscale or downscale HDMI to SDI with Synchronization – great for production switchers, multiple signals to big LED walls or PJ blends, etc.
