Large screen displays are a foundational element of visual presentation in meetings and live events. Rentex maintains a wide range of inventory to support different sizes, formats, and brightness requirements.
Rentex’s large display rentals include screens built to scale from small huddle rooms up to full general session floors. A NEC large display rent gets you a MultiSync X981UHD at a full 98 inches in 4K UHD resolution, while a Panasonic large display rent supplies a TH-65EQ2, a 65-inch 4K display well suited to midsize meeting rooms.
A smaller breakout room typically does fine with a 43 or 50-inch display, while a large general session or lobby installation often calls for the full 90-inch-plus format to stay legible from the back of the room. Our team can help confirm the right size and resolution for your specific space before anything ships, so content stays sharp and readable from wherever people are seated.
Why rent Large Displays from Rentex?
Service quality the industry looks up to
Every large display rental from Rentex comes with the kind of service that's made us one of the most trusted names in AV cross-rental. Our staff understands large displays at a technical level and stays engaged with your project rather than just processing an order.
Delivery that reaches every corner of the country
From coast to coast, Rentex gets large displays where it needs to be. We coordinate coast-to-coast delivery around your specific project timeline, so your large displays rental is on-site and ready before your event or shoot begins.
Rentex offers 24/7 support
Every large display rental from Rentex includes 24/7 technical support, so help is available whenever you need it, not just during business hours. If a question or issue comes up with large displays in the middle of a shoot or live event, our support team is reachable around the clock.
Pricing built to be fair and transparent
Pricing on large displays from Rentex is built to be straightforward, with subrental rates that reflect the actual length of your project rather than a flat minimum. Our scale as a national provider lets us offer large displays at rates that are competitive with, or better than, smaller regional shops.
Equipment from names the industry already trusts
Rentex sources large displays exclusively from brands that professionals already recognize and trust, so there's no guesswork about how the equipment will perform. We've built relationships with these manufacturers over decades in the AV cross-rental business.
Founded in 1980, Rentex is a longtime leader in the cross rental market supplying AV equipment to the nation's largest AV rental, staging, production, and other live event companies.
Throughout the years we have expanded our inventory and national footprint so we can continue to provide our customers with the best equipment and most responsive sales and technical support available to you 24/7.
