| We can customize your system to include any operating system you want for both PC's and Macs. Just ask your sales rep for specific information. Also, we can pre-load any software package and provide custom configurations. |
| 2. Is shipping or local delivery included in the cost of the rental? |
| No, shipping and local delivery is extra and will be determined based on destination and weight of equipment being rented. |
| 3. Can you pro-rate the rental cost? |
| Yes, we do pro-rate corporate rentals. |
| 4. Does the computer come with a monitor? |
| No, the monitor is not included with the computer. We carry LCD Flat Panel Monitors ranging from 15" to 46". We also carry an extensive line of plasma displays ranging from 37"-65". |
| 5. Does the laptop have a modem? |
| Most have modems and/or wireless connectivity. Ask your sales rep about specific models. |
| 6. Do you have a rent to own program? |
| No we do not. |
| 7. How quickly can I get the equipment? |
| In many cases we can deliver the same day. Next day delivery is available if you outside one of our local regions. |
| 8. What is included with the rental? |
| All of our products are a la carte. Keyboard and mouse are included with all desktop units. |

| We offer technical support 24/7. Ask your sales rep for more info. |
| 10. Does the computer have internet access? |
| All of our computers have the ability to access the internet via wired and/or wireless connections. We do have many networking device offerings as well, however we do not provide internet access. For that, you must have your own provided by an ISP (AOL, Verizon, Comcast, etc.). |
| 11. Where are you located? |
| We have locations in Boston, MA, Philadelphia, PA, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, NV, Orlando, FL, and Dallas, TX. Same day local delivery is available in these regions. Please visit our “Contact Us” page to locate our address. |
| 12. What is the minimum rental period? |
| We have daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates. |
| 13. Do you rent to individuals? |
| No, we rent to businesses only. |
| 14. Do you offer insurance? |
| We do not offer insurance. You are responsible for the equipment while you are renting and are subject to a replacement cost if the equipment is damaged or stolen. |
