The National Logistics Coordinator will oversee all logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and the transportation of production equipment. This role will cover multiple cities, requiring daily coordination to obtain each city’s bill of lading (BOLs) for transportation. Responsibilities include scheduling and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely deliveries. The coordinator will also verify shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders, to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Additionally, they will monitor and manage shipping and distribution costs, handle customer inquiries, provide shipment status updates, and resolve any delivery-related issues.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Checking all shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and purchase orders, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Using tracking systems to monitor the progress of shipments, ensuring they stay on schedule, and addressing any delays or issues that arise.
• Handling customer inquiries, providing updates on shipment status, and resolving any issues related to deliveries.
• Monitoring and managing the costs associated with shipping and distribution.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, receiving.
• As we grow, other responsibilities will be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED
• Possess 1+ years of related experience.
• Prior experience in the audio-visual industry
