Warehouse Associate – Upper Marlboro, MD
Hourly Range: $19.50 – $22.50 per hour

Position Summary
Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations. This is an entry-level role, ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow within a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
As a warehouse team member, you will play a critical role in ensuring rental equipment is accurately received, prepared, and returned to inventory in safe, working condition.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Scan Rentex equipment in and out of the rental system for orders
- Check for missing equipment and report findings promptly
- Count cables and miscellaneous items accurately
- Return equipment to proper shelf locations
- Pull and prepare orders with high attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all Rentex safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Assist other warehouse departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to safely lift and move objects up to 50 pounds

Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse environment with frequent physical activity.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, and climb stairs. The employee must occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.
Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hourly position. Schedules may vary based on business needs and may include nights and weekends.
