The HA5 HDMI to SD/HD-SDI Video and Audio Converter from AJA converts (1) HDMI signal to SD- or HD-SDI output and is capable of embedding up to (8) channels of HDMI audio into the output signal for a single-cable audio-video connection. It features (2) SD/HD-SDI outputs.

This unit equalizes the input signal to support extended HDMI cable runs of up to 131′. PLL clock filtering is included to produce low jitter on output signals. LED lights provide a visual indicator of line status. It does not support HDCP content, meaning copyright-protected media may not display correctly with this device.

The HA5-4K 4K HDMI to 4K SDI Mini-Converter from AJA provides high-quality conversion of 4K HDMI to 4K SDI via a quad-link 3G-SDI output at frame rates up to 50/60 fps. It also supports SD, HD, and 2K HDMI to SDI conversion as well. The HA5-4K automatically senses incoming HD/2K resolution HDMI signals and convert them to a single 3G-SDI output. The V2Analog HD/SD-SDI to Analog Mini-Converter from AJA provides SDI digital to component/composite analog conversion at either HD or SD resolutions. It is ideal for integrating analog equipment such as monitors and tape decks into digital workflows. It utilizes a full 10-bit data path to ensure a high-quality conversion. Its low power consumption and compact size, makes it suitable for use on set or in AV installations integrating different signal types.

The V2Analog supports NTSC, PAL, 720p at 50/59.94/60 Hz, 1080i at 50/59.94/60 Hz, and 1080psf at 23.98/24/25 Hz. The converter accepts incoming digital SDI signals and converts them to analog YPbPr (SMPTE, EBU-N10), Betacam, or RGB component outputs, and NTSC/PAL or S-Video composite outputs. It is important to note that the V2Analog does not up-convert or down-convert between SD and HD resolution. Only digital to analog signal conversion is performed, therefore an HD-SDI signal will be output as an HD analog signal and won’t be compatible with devices that only accept SD analog signals.
